Full refund for cancellation 7 days prior to arrival if booked directly with us. Otherwise the Agents policy applies, please check.

Cleaning fees, if charged, are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.

Any Agent service fee is non refundable.

Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.

If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given within 24 hours of check-in.

A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page.

Examples:

7 Days Prior - For a full refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made fifteen full days prior to check in time on the day of check in. 

6  days up to Check In time- If the guest cancels less than 15 days in advance, the first night is non-refundable but 50% of the accommodation fees for remaining nights will be refunded.

Check in from 3:00pm

Prior to Check out - If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.

Check out 12:00 noon

Y Cwt Cwtch Shepherds Hut is not suitable for children (2-16 years) if with two Adults

Suitable for infants (under 2 years) if a travel cot is required, please advise at time of booking.

Pooches by agreed prior notice due to livestock on Farm, an additional fee is applied.

No smoking policy prevails

No parties or events without prior discussion

Though we try to accommodate for wet weather gear please be aware that Y Cwt Cwtch and Spiggy Holes are predominantly a  single space

Details guests must know about the Shepherds Hut.

Amenity limitations

Guests have full access to Y Cwt Cwtch and Spiggy Holes, your own parking area and the hosts property is only a short walk away across the lawned area. There is a small wood that you are welcome to explore. 

Ideal area for walking and cycling. 30 - 40-minute walk away from the coastal path and beaches. 

There are regular bus services a leisurely 20 minute walk away in Penycwm to Haverfordwest or St Davids directions.

Taxis are also available from nearby Solva and Haverfordwest.  On occasion, we may be able to arrange to transfer to/from Haverfordwest Railway Station.
